Truffle Hummus

A delicious twist on the Middle Eastern classic. This creamy, flavourful hummus blends chickpeas and tahini with a luxurious black truffle infusion, creating an irresistible dip with a rich, earthy depth—perfect for elevating starter or aperitif.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  1. Drain & Rinse:
    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

  2. Blend:
    In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, Truffoil condiment, lemon juice, tahini, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little reserved can liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Add Truffle:
    Stir in the Salsa Truffina and you can garnish with freshly shaved seasonal truffle.

  4. Serve:
    Enjoy with your favourite sides — fresh veggies, toasted bread, warm pita, or crunchy breadsticks.
